They helped me with lowering my supplemental insurance but was very unhappy with incorrect information on the payment due date. I was told the payment would come out the first of September but it came out 8 days early. I'm on a limited budget so was very upset with this. My policy isn't effective till October 1. When checking why it came out early its because the new policy was approved and payment comes out when approved. I should've been aware of this when I agreed to the change in companies.

Agent was very helpful in recommending a change in policy, explaining that over time medical insurance needs can be met through a more fitting plan. There's no point in paying higher monthly premiums that provide unused benefits that are not suited to one's health situation. A substantial saving was achieved.
